Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in benefits administration or human resources
- Experience with Windows-based computer systems
- Knowledge of employee benefits terminology and regulations
- Experience working with medical insurance and HIPAA guidelines is preferred
