Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workday System Owner to manage and optimize their Workday Human Capital Management and Finance modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday modules and lead implementation and configuration of new functionalities
- Manage Workday-related projects, including upgrades and system optimizations, ensuring successful adoption across the organization
- Analyze HR processes for improvements and provide tier-2/3 support for Workday-related inquiries and training
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience with Workday in a functional or consulting role
- Proven experience in implementing and optimizing Workday modules; Workday certification is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of Workday modules, business process framework, and reporting tools
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Workday integrations is a plus
