Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or certifications in compensation is a plus
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in compensation analysis or consulting, preferably in the technology industry
- Proficient in HRIS systems (Workday) and compensation analysis tools
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking databases (e.g., Mercer/Comptryx)
- Deep understanding of compensation principles and legal compliance requirements
