A company is looking for a Senior People Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage core people operations functions, including employee lifecycle management and HR systems administration
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement scalable HR policies and programs aligned with business goals
  • Oversee HR data integrity and reporting, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making
Qualifications
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in people operations or HR management within fast-paced organizations
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, data analytics, and process improvement methodologies
  • Experience working in partnership with HRBPs and senior HR leaders
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; relevant certifications a plus
  • Ability to work PST hours
