Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior People Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage core people operations functions, including employee lifecycle management and HR systems administration
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement scalable HR policies and programs aligned with business goals
- Oversee HR data integrity and reporting, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making
Qualifications
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in people operations or HR management within fast-paced organizations
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, data analytics, and process improvement methodologies
- Experience working in partnership with HRBPs and senior HR leaders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; relevant certifications a plus
- Ability to work PST hours
