Job Summary

A company is looking for a Labor Relations Coordinator to provide operational support to the Human Resources Labor Relations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage workforce rosters and eligibility lists in compliance with union agreements
  • Support maintenance of CBA tracking tools and manage work schedule data for PTO plans
  • Generate HR and workforce data reports to identify discrepancies and oversee union dues administration
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's in Human Resources preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources, administrative support, or data entry
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including sorting, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
  • Experience in a multi-site, high-volume, or regulated work environment
  • Exposure to labor relations or collective bargaining agreements is a plus
