Job Summary
A company is looking for a Labor Relations Coordinator to provide operational support to the Human Resources Labor Relations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workforce rosters and eligibility lists in compliance with union agreements
- Support maintenance of CBA tracking tools and manage work schedule data for PTO plans
- Generate HR and workforce data reports to identify discrepancies and oversee union dues administration
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's in Human Resources preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources, administrative support, or data entry
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including sorting, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
- Experience in a multi-site, high-volume, or regulated work environment
- Exposure to labor relations or collective bargaining agreements is a plus
