Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily compensation administration and align pay grades for positions
  • Ensure data accuracy and provide benchmarking data for compensation recommendations
  • Act as a trusted advisor on compensation matters to HR and business leaders


Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of progressive compensation experience in technology companies
  • BA/BS degree in HR or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience administering compensation programs and ensuring compliance with laws
  • Current Compensation Certification (e.g., CCP)
  • Proficient with compensation software and advanced Excel skills
