- Ensure data accuracy and provide benchmarking data for compensation recommendations
- Act as a trusted advisor on compensation matters to HR and business leaders
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive compensation experience in technology companies
- BA/BS degree in HR or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience administering compensation programs and ensuring compliance with laws
- Current Compensation Certification (e.g., CCP)
- Proficient with compensation software and advanced Excel skills
