Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial intake to onboarding
  • Proactively source and assess candidates, conducting thorough evaluations and coordinating interviews
  • Serve as a strategic partner to executives and hiring leaders, leveraging data to influence talent decisions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, particularly for exempt-level positions
  • Proven ability to attract and secure top-tier talent
  • Experience managing sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office Suite; expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
