- Serve as a strategic partner to executives and hiring leaders, leveraging data to influence talent decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, particularly for exempt-level positions
- Proven ability to attract and secure top-tier talent
- Experience managing sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office Suite; expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
