Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and administration of global compensation programs, including base pay and incentives
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to provide compensation insights and align practices with market trends
- Prepare analyses related to compensation and assist in annual compensation cycles and market survey submissions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, including salary structure development and incentive plan administration
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and global compensation practices and experience analyzing market data
- Proven ability to partner effectively across multiple stakeholders and functions
- Experience with HRIS platforms, particularly Workday, for compensation data management
- Advanced Excel skills for compensation analysis, including proficiency with large data sets and common functions
