Key Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations to resolve complex associate relations issues
- Lead the design and enhancement of the Associate Relations Team training and service delivery model
- Assist in the deployment and review of the annual Culture Survey and develop associate recognition programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of experience in Associate Relations and employment law compliance
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in employment law
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional leadership skills
