Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits
- Administer benefit programs and collaborate with third-party administrators
- Conduct audits and manage the annual open enrollment process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a related field
- Strong knowledge of benefits regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, FMLA, ADA)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to manage confidential information and prioritize multiple projects
