A company is looking for a Human Resources Technical Solution Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Manage various work streams, including planning and executing multiple projects/enhancements
- Document and maintain solution documentation, including technical requirements and test scripts
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis and HR technology
- 6+ years of solution lead experience in a corporate environment
- Strong preference for retail experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across various organizational levels
