Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for critical technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates for senior-level engineering positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, focusing on senior-level engineering roles
- Proven expertise in passive candidate sourcing and building pipelines for hard-to-fill technical positions
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skills, including software development and systems architecture
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, specifically Greenhouse
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced environment
