Oracle HCM Functional Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS projects, including system design, implementation, and post-launch support
• Ensure data integrity and compliance through audits and monitoring of workforce data quality
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4-6 years of experience in HRIS administration, system implementation, or HCM analytics
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with HR technology platforms such as UKG, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP
• Experience with system security, compliance reporting, and HR technology governance preferred
