Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Digital Experience Manager to support Learning and Development and Human Resources teams with data collection, processing, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) Digital Platform and assist with Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data integrity
- Generate regular reports and dashboards related to training, engagement, hiring, turnover, and attendance
- Identify and address inefficiencies in current processes and leverage technology to automate and improve workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years experience as the administrator of various HR systems
- Knowledge of learning management systems and proficiency in Excel
- Strong interest in data-driven practices
- Experience with LMS and Microsoft Suite
