A company is looking for an Equal Opportunity & Title IX Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Title IX and antidiscrimination efforts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies
- Manage the complaint procedure, including accepting complaints and overseeing investigations
- Provide ongoing training and develop educational materials on nondiscrimination and sexual misconduct policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or Juris Doctorate preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in complaint resolution, higher education administration, or EEO compliance
- Experience in conducting Title IX or workplace investigations
- Strong understanding of federal and state EO laws and regulations
- Ability to assess legal issues and synthesize information for reporting purposes
