Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and ensure benefit configuration aligns with business requirements and plan materials
- Support maintenance and enhancement of benefit information in Knowledge Center II (KCII)
- Lead coding discussions and collaborate with various teams on operational work and projects
Required Qualifications
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification or relevant coding experience
- Associate's Degree in health science administration, business, or a healthcare-related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a related role
- Experience valuing the impact of benefit coverage decisions with analytics preferred
