Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global HR Policy & Compliance Manager to enhance its HR compliance framework and policy governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, revise, and maintain global HR policies in collaboration with Legal and HR teams
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
  • Manage HR compliance projects and develop communication and training plans for policy updates
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in HR compliance, policy development, or employee relations
  • Solid understanding of U.S. employment law and exposure to international HR compliance
  • Experience in managing complex HR documentation and policy governance
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field; HR or compliance certifications are a plus
  • Experience with global companies and multi-country HR policy environments
