Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with various departments to manage salary planning processes and compensation-related compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Thorough knowledge of compensation structures and federal/state regulations
  • More than eight years of experience in compensation consulting and program design
  • Proficient in HR systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; finance degree preferred
  • World at Work Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Program (GRP) Certification preferred
