Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on compensation strategies and practices globally
- Lead projects to develop and monitor compensation programs, ensuring alignment with market trends
- Partner with various departments to manage salary planning processes and compensation-related compliance
Required Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of compensation structures and federal/state regulations
- More than eight years of experience in compensation consulting and program design
- Proficient in HR systems and advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor's degree required; finance degree preferred
- World at Work Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Program (GRP) Certification preferred
