HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS projects including implementations and functionality enhancements
• Develop and deliver training for new and existing HR systems
• Provide ongoing support and create reports to meet HR business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• 3 years of HRIS experience, specifically with UKG Pro
• Experience managing HRIS projects and process improvement initiatives
• Business Intelligence experience required; UKG Pro People Analytics preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
