Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding, addressing HR questions, and offboarding
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure accurate onboarding and compliance with policies
- Support HR programs related to workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance reviews
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations (HR)
- Proficient with HR systems; experience with Rippling is a bonus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster positive relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with high organizational skills
- Exceptional ethics regarding confidentiality and sensitive information
