A company is looking for a Manager, Global Benefits to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administration, communication, and compliance of global health & wellness plans and retirement/pension plans
- Develop and implement strategies and policies for efficient delivery of employee benefit programs
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure proper administration of benefits, including compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of benefits experience, including 3 years in a global role
- Experience managing self-funded U.S. health plans
- Strong knowledge of international benefits practices and compliance requirements
- Proven project management skills and ability to align benefits programs with business objectives
