Key Responsibilities
- Responds to requests from employees and managers regarding HR processes, systems, and policies
- Coaches and provides direction on HR policies and resolves work-related issues
- Utilizes HR information systems to document interactions and provide data for analysis and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Four or more years of experience in Human Resources required
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred
- PHR certification preferred
