Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Benefits Manager to oversee and manage benefit plans globally, primarily focusing on the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer US and Canada benefits programs, ensuring compliance and effective management of enrollment and claims
- Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure cost-effective service delivery
- Lead compliance efforts and prepare necessary regulatory reports while optimizing benefits administration processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in benefits management
- Comprehensive understanding of North American benefits and global benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of benefits compliance laws and regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, HIPAA)
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS benefits administration system
