A company is looking for a Contract Senior Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment efforts for their Data & Analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for functional groups
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and hire highly qualified candidates while building a talent pipeline
- Screen, interview, and assess applicants for open positions, maintaining adherence to hiring policies and processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on technical roles in data and analytics
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for positions such as Data Scientist and Data Engineer
- Extensive knowledge of recruitment techniques and employment laws
- Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
