Job Summary
A company is looking for an ES Workday Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into Workday HCM system requirements
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting
- Assist with data migration and support user acceptance testing (UAT) while developing training materials for end users
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Workday HCM modules
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Ability to conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Experience in data migration and validation from legacy systems
- Familiarity with project documentation and training material development
