Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and design talent acquisition processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with vendors to implement system enhancements and manage training for stakeholders
- Lead talent acquisition projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful execution and communication of changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a progression in responsibility
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or similar role focused on process and technology optimization
- Advanced understanding of recruiting systems and technology integration
- Experience in configuring and implementing new processes within CRM systems and other TA technologies
