A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to manage HR systems and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand Oracle HCM Cloud data structures for reporting and ensure data consistency across HCM modules
- Act as an expert in Oracle HCM Cloud analytics and collaborate with stakeholders to provide actionable insights
- Maintain data integrity and documentation for reports while supporting stakeholders with reports and dashboards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IS, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on analytics
- Proven experience with BI Publisher and OTBI
- Strong understanding of HR data and processes
- Proficiency in data visualization and SQL skills (preferred)
