A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Executive Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze market survey results to assess and propose alternatives for executive and equity compensation programs
  • Perform complex cost impact analyses and develop grant recommendations for executive compensation and global equity programs
  • Resolve inquiries from executive and equity-eligible employees globally and oversee executive compensation communications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 6 years of experience in compensation
  • Extensive knowledge of global equity policies and procedures
  • Prior experience in a global organization
  • CPP certification is preferred
