Key Responsibilities
- Use Workday to track and report on candidate pipelines and updates
- Deliver outstanding Talent Acquisition service to hiring leaders and candidates
- Perform pre-screening of candidates and collaborate with sourcing partners
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience, including onboarding
- Minimum of 1 year in an HR/Recruiting function or staffing agency as a Recruiting Coordinator
- Strong technical acumen with application tracking systems like Workday
- Basic knowledge of candidate management and onboarding preferred
