Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for qualified staff across various departments
- Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to ensure a competent staff pool
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, utilizing behavioral interview techniques
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations and one year of recruitment experience, or
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and two years of recruitment experience, or
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and four years of recruitment experience, or
- High School Diploma and ten years of recruitment experience
- Preferred certifications include PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
