Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for HCM, providing support, training, and process improvements
- Partner with department leaders to define business requirements and implement changes to processes
- Conduct audits and maintain data integrity within the HRIS system
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer sciences, business administration, human resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of Workday experience
- Strong knowledge of People Team business processes and Workday configuration
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
