Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for HCM, providing support, training, and process improvements
• Partner with department leaders to define business requirements and implement changes to processes
• Conduct audits and maintain data integrity within the HRIS system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer sciences, business administration, human resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of Workday experience
• Strong knowledge of People Team business processes and Workday configuration
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
