Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive employee engagement
- Design and implement talent management frameworks and support high-volume hiring initiatives
- Serve as a key contact for employee relations and compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience with an organization of 800+ employees
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience with post-merger integration strongly preferred
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
