Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent HR Business Partner (Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategies for workforce planning and performance management

• Monitor workforce metrics and utilize data-driven insights to inform talent decisions and enhance organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in HR roles, including business partnering and talent management
• Proven track record of aligning talent strategies with business objectives
• Proficiency in HR technology and analytics tools
• Relevant HR certifications such as HRM-SCP or SPHR are preferred
