A company is looking for an Advocacy Relations Senior Manager, Enterprise Capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive best-in-class advocacy capabilities across therapeutic areas for high-impact engagement with patient communities globally
- Support collaboration of patient advocacy across functions, ensuring alignment with therapeutic area strategies and public health initiatives
- Manage relationships with external partners and oversee day-to-day advocacy team operations, including budget oversight and resource planning
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of patient advocacy and/or healthcare policy experience, or equivalent experience with lower education levels
- 7+ years of progressive experience in patient advocacy, public affairs, or related fields
- Ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with patient advocacy organizations and community leaders
- Experience collaborating with advocacy partners across the product lifecycle
- Strong ability to navigate diverse advocacy perspectives to build alignment and drive shared goals
