Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the full cycle recruiting activities for assigned open positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full cycle recruiting, including strategy establishment, candidate sourcing, and onboarding
- Conduct sourcing for roles using various platforms to build candidate pipelines
- Serve as a consulting partner to clients and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience
- Experience in the AEC industry preferred
- Experience with high-volume, full cycle recruiting strongly preferred
- Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S
