Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution and improvement of ongoing development programs, including onboarding and manager learning journeys
- Lead regular DiSC work style trainings and manage logistics for learning programs
- Curate internal learning resources and track engagement to iterate on learning offerings
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in learning & development or a related field
- Experience designing and delivering virtual learning experiences
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
- Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment
