Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in People, Internal Communications, or Employee Experience roles
- Experience in high-growth, global, remote-first tech or SaaS environments
- Proven ability to lead internal communications and align stakeholders effectively
- Skilled in designing engaging internal materials using various digital tools
- Familiarity with people programs related to onboarding, performance, and engagement
