Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, People, Finance/Accounting, and Operations teams
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Own sourcing efforts to proactively identify and engage top talent through various channels
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments
- Advanced sourcing skills for niche or hard-to-fill roles
- Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Familiarity with DEI recruiting best practices
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
