A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to support day-to-day operations in the People department.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding, exiting, and updating of employees in HR systems
- Process payroll information, including deductions and reconciliations
- Audit and manage benefit provider invoices and contract employee hours
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; HR certification is a plus
- Two to five years of experience in HR, Payroll, or Benefits Administration
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with compliance issues and employment laws
