Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day HR operations including payroll, employee records, compliance tracking, and benefits administration
- Manage people programs such as performance reviews and employee lifecycle processes, requiring cross-functional collaboration
- Act as a strategic partner to managers, connecting business priorities with people strategies and solving complex business challenges
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, People Analytics, HRBP, or HR Generalist roles in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration, with compliance deliverables experience preferred
- Experience in developing people programs like performance management and onboarding
- Strong knowledge of HR systems such as Rippling and/or Culture Amp
- Analytical skills with proficiency in using data for decision-making
