What you’ll do:
  • As Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll support our Recruiting Hiring Teams throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Your contributions will include:
  • Scheduling and logistics: Own the end-to-end coordination of candidate interviews—both virtual and on-site—including working with internal teams and external candidates to ensure a seamless process.
  • Candidate experience: Be a warm, responsive, and helpful point of contact for every candidate, upholding Enveda’s commitment to respectful and transparent communication.
  • Documentation & systems: Prepare and manage key recruiting artifacts (job descriptions, rubrics, work samples) and maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in Lever.
  • Team support: Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on kickoff preparation, track process milestones, escalate delays, and support debrief scheduling.
  • Process improvement: Spot gaps or inefficiencies and propose creative solutions to improve our workflows and elevate the hiring experience for all.


We are looking for:
  • You have 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a similar administrative or support role.
  • You’re an expert at managing calendars, timelines, and competing priorities—often juggling many things at once.
  • You care deeply about candidate experience and understand how small details reflect company culture.
  • You’re comfortable with tools like Lever, Google Calendar, Slack, and DocuSign—or excited to learn them.
  • You take initiative, follow through on commitments, and enjoy helping teams stay organized and accountable.
