Key Responsibilities
- Assist with reporting and analyses to measure compensation program effectiveness
- Act as an internal consultant on compensation issues and policies
- Conduct analyses on compensation issues and manage market data aggregator tools
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in HR, Business, or Finance preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of compensation-related experience
- Experience with Workday and market data aggregator tools preferred
- Strong organizational, project, and time management skills
- Knowledge of human resource laws and best practices
