Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst who will support and shape compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with reporting and analyses to measure compensation program effectiveness
  • Act as an internal consultant on compensation issues and policies
  • Conduct analyses on compensation issues and manage market data aggregator tools
Required Qualifications
  • BS Degree in HR, Business, or Finance preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of compensation-related experience
  • Experience with Workday and market data aggregator tools preferred
  • Strong organizational, project, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of human resource laws and best practices
