Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and close high-quality candidates
- Manage the recruitment process for multiple roles, advising managers and overseeing candidate pre-hire requirements
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and meet talent acquisition goals
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, with 3+ years in sales or GTM recruiting
- Experience communicating with senior leaders in mid-size or growing organizations
- Proven track record in sourcing and community building through various channels
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and recruiting partners
- High competency in recruiting software tools and project management skills
