Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume requisition loads and build relationships with hiring managers
- Source candidates through various methods and screen them to evaluate skills and motivations
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree, or two years of experience with a High School Diploma/GED
- Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly workforces preferred
- Experience with customer service
- Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn preferred
- Must reside in the State of Washington
