Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to align on hiring strategy and expedite the process
- Source, engage, assess, and close top-tier GTM talent for challenging roles
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong ability to execute under pressure and deliver results promptly
- Deep knowledge of GTM recruiting fundamentals and structured hiring practices
- Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in ambiguous environments
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability in delivering impactful results
