Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Partner closely with hiring managers and executives to align on hiring strategy and expedite the process
• Source, engage, assess, and close top-tier GTM talent for challenging roles

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong ability to execute under pressure and deliver results promptly
• Deep knowledge of GTM recruiting fundamentals and structured hiring practices
• Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in ambiguous environments
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability in delivering impactful results
