Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster, Workers' Compensation - Medical Only.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage all aspects of workers' compensation medical only claims from initiation to closure
• Provide timely customer service and claim status updates to agents and insureds
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practices in claims handling

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a medical only claims adjuster is required
• Experience in states with higher claim volumes preferred (FL, GA, IL, PA, VA)
• Demonstrated knowledge in claim adjudication and medical management
• Familiarity with G-Suite Tools and collaboration tools like Slack is preferred
