Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Manager and Scheduling Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervisory oversight of programs and services in Work and Family Life Programs and Emergency Case Management Support
- Develop and maintain workforce schedules, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and performance standards
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular reports for program leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a social science or related behavioral science field, or equivalent experience
- Two years of experience managing or supervising non-clinical educational social services programs
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Experience in coordinating emergency-preparedness and response tasks
- Familiarity with maintaining accurate records in approved systems
