Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent and Facilities Coordinator II to support key operations across Talent and Facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Talent and Facilities inboxes, track and prioritize requests
- Coordinate and support Talent/Facilities training sessions, HR webinars, and company events
- Oversee food service programs and manage mail distribution
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience coordinating events is a plus
- Comfortable managing virtual meetings using platforms like WebEx or Microsoft Teams
