Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent and Facilities Coordinator II to support key operations across Talent and Facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily Talent and Facilities inboxes, track and prioritize requests
  • Coordinate and support Talent/Facilities training sessions, HR webinars, and company events
  • Oversee food service programs and manage mail distribution
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience coordinating events is a plus
  • Comfortable managing virtual meetings using platforms like WebEx or Microsoft Teams
