A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage compensation cycles and integrate HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems
- Act as the system administrator for the compensation module in Oracle, reviewing capabilities and workflows
- Develop strategies for enhancements and process improvements while advocating for end-user needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of HR technology experience
- 5+ years' experience with Oracle Cloud HCM application/configuration
- Ability to develop and administer documentation related to projects and implementation procedures preferred
- Reporting experience and SQL knowledge preferred
