Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage compensation cycles and integrate HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems
• Act as the system administrator for the compensation module in Oracle, reviewing capabilities and workflows
• Develop strategies for enhancements and process improvements while advocating for end-user needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years of HR technology experience
• 5+ years' experience with Oracle Cloud HCM application/configuration
• Ability to develop and administer documentation related to projects and implementation procedures preferred
• Reporting experience and SQL knowledge preferred
