Job Summary
A company is looking for a temporary recruiter to identify and recruit qualified youth volunteers for their Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a minimum of 10 qualified youth candidates by mid-September 2025
- Research and identify job boards and recruiting tools to engage potential volunteers
- Screen resumes, manage volunteer inquiries, and assist in scheduling interviews with the Nominating Committee
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in sourcing candidates and project management
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
